Can I change or cancel my ticket?
A changed ticket is flying the same route on a different date. The change must be sent in writing up to 96 hours prior to your scheduled departure date. Each change is subject to a minimum $250 per ticket fee, plus any cost incurred directly by the operating airline. The ticket may only be changed with the airline it was originally booked through. Changed tickets can only be used for the original traveler. If a change of date needs to be made after you already flew on your outbound flight, please contact your agent to see if a change can be made for the return flight. All changes are subject to availability.
If you wish to cancel your flight there is a minimum fee of $350 per ticket charged at the time of cancellation plus any additional fees incurred by the airline. A cancellation must be done 96 hours prior to your scheduled departure. All tickets are non-refundable. You will receive a credit with us for the original route of your ticket to be flown on a different date. You must use this credit within 365 days from the original purchase date. The entire credit must be used for a single booking. The credit can only be applied to the original ticket holder. The credit can only be used with the airline the original flight was booked through. In order to utilize your credit for a future booking, it must be specifically mentioned at the time of your new itinerary request. We cannot guarantee the price of a new ticket will be the same as the original even if it is the same route, as availability and fares change frequently. The ticket holder will be responsible for any difference in the new fare. Once you depart to your destination, no cancellations can be made to the itinerary.
ClickFlyNSave is not responsible for any missed flights. Missed flights are subject to the individual rules and regulations of the operating airlines.
ClickFlyNSave is not responsible for an airline schedule change. In many cases we are able to update the passenger regarding the schedule change, however it is ultimately the passengers responsibility to check on their flights.
ClickFlyNSave Related Services Company, Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives act as an agent for travel suppliers and you understand and agree that ClickFlyNSave shall not be liable for any loss, injury, expense or damage to persons or property resulting, directly or indirectly, from (1) the acts of omissions of travel suppliers, including but not limited to delays, overbooking’s, cancellation of services, cessation of operations, accidents or failures of equipment, schedule changes; or (2) acts of God, fires, earthquakes, floods, climatic aberrations, acts of governmental authorities, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease, accidents or failures related to the public internet, telecommunications lines or facilities, or third party technology systems, or any other cause beyond the control of ClickFlyNSave. In an event of any issue with a ticket ClickFlyNSave provided, the customer may be refunded for the flight purchased. ClickFlyNSave is not liable to purchase a new flight.
Intermediary Disclosure. ClickFlyNSave assists you in finding travel suppliers and making arrangements that meet your individual needs. We consider various factors in identifying travel suppliers to you and recommending specific itineraries. In this role, we are acting as an independent third party and not as a fiduciary. We want you to be aware that certain suppliers pay us commissions as well as incentives for reaching sales targets or other goals, and from time to time may also provide incentives to our travel counselors. In identifying suppliers and recommending itineraries, we may consider several factors, including supplier availability and your preferences. The relationships we have with suppliers may also influence the suppliers we identify and the itineraries we recommend. We may open complimentary reward accounts used to upgrade tickets and receive additional savings.
Our discounted tickets may not qualify to earn Reward points/miles. All prices quoted are in US dollars unless specified otherwise. This ticket may be bought through an airline ticket consolidator. This ticket may be upgraded using reward travel options. If you choose to opt out of signing our passenger form for any reason, you will be bound to our terms and conditions stated on our website. If you choose to dispute a charge, ClickFlyNSave will not provide any form of compensation or credit. It’s important that you do NOT attach your personal account to the tickets, as it may cause them to revert your price to a full-fared ticket. If a customer makes a change on their own to a ticket, ClickFlyNSave will not be responsible for anything related to the flight.
When are agents available?
Our office hours are Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm EST Friday 9:30 am – 2:00 pm EST, however, our agents try to be available through email or phone on evenings and weekends.
Savings are based upon the published fare at time of purchase, and vary depending on availability of requested dates, airlines and routes. We cannot offer savings on every route/flight.
What are Unpublished Fares:
ClickFlyNSave is not an online portal like Kayak, Priceline, Orbitz, etc. that offer small savings to the consumer. ClickFlyNSave takes the information you place on our quote form and sends it to one of our many Travel consultants who work one on one with you to find the most suitable itinerary. We deal with wholesalers, consolidators and Travel Agents that have access to deeply discounted fares. We offer our clients fares that aren’t published on any websites.
Can I Earn miles or points on my flight:
ClickFlyNSave has many ways of providing discounted flights. Many of our options as provided above do not accrue miles or points. If you are looking for status for your flights or would like to earn points, please specify this to your agent that is working with you so they can let you know if that’s possible for your trip..
What is an E-Ticket?
An electronic ticket is the time-saving, ticket-less way to travel! An e-ticket, also known as electronic ticketing, allows your entire experience to be easy, safe and electronic, which means no more paper tickets. Your ticket is stored in our system, and the airlines computer system, waiting for you when you arrive at the airport.
If there are any discrepancies in the E-ticket, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION. If we do not receive written notice of any inconsistencies within 24 hours, we assume that the travel information/documents received are accurate. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD.
Can I get a seat for my baby?
Most airlines will let you purchase a seat for an infant, but you will need to pay a child’s fare. Some airlines will not allow an infant on a separate seat at all. Please check with an agent.
What kind of extra discounts can I get for children?
The fare for infants under the age of 2 (Lap Child) is usually 10%-20% of a FULL published adult fare, plus taxes and fees. Due to our already discounted prices we are unable to offer discounts on tickets for children over 2 years old. Please check with us to confirm any discount information.
Passports and Visa:
ClickFlyNSave is not responsible for any passport or visa issues. We are only responsible for issuing and confirming tickets. Please make sure that you have all of the necessary documents before purchasing your tickets. If your tickets need to be cancelled or changed due to passport or visa issues, the cancellation/date change penalties will apply.
Be sure you have a signed, valid passport and visas, if required.

The Best Price Match is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of travel or service as booked through ClickFlyNSave. Except as noted below, the Best Price applies only to the cost of booked travel, as presented in the ClickFlyNSave search results, without including any taxes and fees. The Best Price Match is not available for bookings on Web sites where the carrier, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age related requirements.
Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online.
The Best Price Match applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language Web site. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program Web sites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a Web site where you call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. The rate must be quoted, booked, and paid for in U.S. dollars.

Verification of Claims:
All requests, including receipts and Credits are subject to verification by ClickFlyNSave. ClickFlyNSave will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by ClickFlyNSave personnel. Nor will ClickFlyNSave verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Limit: One (1) $100 coupon per entire booking, and three (3) coupons per customer per calendar month (regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer). Each coupon or credit is valid for one (1) year from month of issuance.
